* Has a view of the lake

* Convenient location, 3km to the city center

* Good property managers

* Many foreigners living here, so easy to make friends with neighbors

Why not this place:

* Higher prices

* Not much flexibility in changing apartment type

* 2-roomer: 94-100 sqm, 4500-6000rmb

* 3-roomer: 127-156 sqm, 8000-13000rmb

* 4-roomer: 243 sqm, 18000-22000rmb

    I was just here last nite. It has a great view of the lake, is close enough to places like convenience store, hypermarts (auchan) and both the xinjiekou and hexi area.
    it has a cool breeze too. according to my friend who rents the place, the dragon boat gongs can be heard in the morning when they practice…
